Coaching Packages

All session packages include a totally individualized, custom-built strength & conditioning/fitness plan based on your needs, desires, and timeline. They also include one full year of access to the Ancestral Campfire community. Sessions last one hour +/- 15 minutes and are progressively tailored to you. All four aspects of the Apricus coaching model will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, with focus on maintaining the client’s greatest strengths and addressing their greatest weaknesses. Apricus is your holistic health solution.

12 sessions recommended

– $175 per session ($2100 total billed at $700/month for 3 months) or $1995 up front (5% discount)

24 sessions long term coaching

– $150 per session ($3600 total billed at $600/month for 6 months) or $3420 up front

56 sessions one year commitment

– $120 per session ($6720 total billed at $560/month for 12 months) or $6384 up front

Ancestral Campfire Membership – $50/month includes one weekly session of salon style coaching, current event discussion, peer support, and other topics led by Apricus coaches or guest instructors.
