The difference between Rich and other coaches I’ve had is that Rich saw me for who I could be, before I could begin to imagine that person. The woman he saw was one that would go on and break a national deadlifting record. When I broke that record I remember turning to Rich with surprise and all he said was “I knew you would.” From this moment on, I too began to believe in myself and my confidence in life has grown.
